Basic Assumptions 
  1. You've been running a bit, at least 3 times per week for a total of 90 minutes. If not, concentrate on building base mileage.
  2. Three days does not a week make, but these three days are the focused workouts. On the other days: rest, cross-train, or run very easily.
  3. You are motivated to do well in the team points races.
  4. You aim to reach your speed peak in August for the Club Team Championship race.
  5. You understand that rest is just as important as hard work.
  6. You take this as a list of suggestions, and know that you are free to modify workouts as necessary for your own benefit.
